How to lose weight...

Waaa..this is one of never-ending isssues for me huhu how la to become slimmer. The question is when to start? I've tried various products before and all kinds of treatments but the thing was..I never was committed to them so I never knew whether it will eventually work or not hehehe. It would be a dream come true if I were able to be a 50kg person like I was in secondary school....my ideal weight.
